In 2014, I was ill with an upper repiratory infection. I simply could not find relief. A friend brought over a bottle of Breathe essential by dōTERRA and told me to apply it to my chest and feet. Within the hour, I felt it working.

I tried many oils. I found that some brands were coupled with a dilluting oil and their potency was compromised. Other brands were OK but not safe to ingest.
